This is a Contract to Hire position. The role involves ensuring account and member security by identifying red flags and safeguarding member assets and account information. Representatives will provide account information, perform basic account transactions, and route members to the appropriate departments. Key responsibilities include providing account balances, reviewing transactions, transferring funds, opening new accounts, educating members on products and services, enrolling members in online and mobile banking, ordering and researching debit cards, handling lost/stolen/misplaced debit card queries, submitting disputes for unauthorized electronic checks, releasing direct deposits, and performing complex account transactions like account shutdowns and stop payments on checks.
