About The Position
Call Centre Agents Needed. Are you a passionate, outgoing and hard-working individual looking for flexible work that can provide high earning levels? Due to continuous company expansion, a fantastic opportunity is available for a Call centre agent to join the company. Experience in the home improvement sector is preferred but not essential as full training is given. You must be confident and have an upbeat and enthusiastic personality. Call Centre Agent, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Making outbound calls, Processing customers applications and converting to appointments/leads, Building rapport with customers, Updating the CRM system. WARM CALLING ONLY.
