Join the Furniture Fair Team! As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of our brand—answering questions, solving problems, and making a difference for our customers every day. Furniture Fair has grown into the premier location for home furnishings and mattresses in the Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana regions. For over 64 years Furniture Fair, a family owned and operated business, has provided a tradition of quality home furnishings at Fair prices, while continually improving our services to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Requirements
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Great phone presence and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Reliable attendance and flexible schedule (includes evenings & weekends)
- A team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Provide outstanding service with a professional and positive attitude
- Gather and document caller information
- Resolve issues or escalate as needed
- Support your team and help create a positive environment
