Requirements
- Great attitude (positive outlook and disposition on daily life and responsibilities).
- Eager (internal drive to consistently challenge oneself to exceed personal best).
- Passionate (intentionally show up every day to ensure every customer has a five-star experience).
- Efficiency (able to work through tasks quickly and make decisions on a moment's notice).
- Previous customer service experience (e.g., customer service representative, server at a restaurant).
- Cleared background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly voice that welcomes customers when they call in.
- Help schedule appointments.
- Answer customer questions.
- Ensure every customer feels heard and supported.
- Successfully make outbound calls using helpful scripts and resources.
- Offer current and potential customers the company's value plan, which includes a host of benefits.
Benefits
- Earn $20-$25/hour to start
- Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (10:00am - 6:30pm)
