About The Position

Women's Health Associates, a practice partner of Together Women’s Health (TWH), an industry leading network of medical providers in the women’s health field, is adding a Call Center Representative to their team. This role is the first point of contact between patients and providers. 8:30am-5:00pm M-Th, 8:30am to 3:00pm Friday

Requirements

  • Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and support.
  • Manage multiple calls and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with call center software, EHR (Athena preferred) and basic computer skills.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls while always providing outstanding customer service.
  • Answer patient questions and provide information regarding office hours, procedures, and directions.
  • Schedule appointments and provide follow-up calls.
