About The Position

Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics is looking for a full-time Call Center Representative to join the team! The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service. This includes answering and transferring incoming calls, resolving patient inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to answer high volume of calls professionally and courteously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of ECW or other EMR systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft teams, ability to correspond with company departments to assist callers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
  • Direct/transfer calls to the appropriate department.
  • Triage incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to emails that arrive using our general office email address.
  • Resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions.
  • Process patient payments and collect co-payments.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
