About The Position

Accountable for scheduling appointments, following and reinforcing all policies for case scheduling, and communicating information for each scheduled appointment. This role is also accountable for auditing and/or completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner. The representative will work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality and must have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers, and superiors on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of Call Center experience to work remote
  • Attention to detail with data entry
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers and superiors on a daily basis
  • Ability to think quickly and react professionally
  • Must live in Indiana to work from home
