Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience (level depends on position)
Military experience welcomed and valued
Love helping people and solving problems
Communicate clearly and confidently (phone, email, and in person)
Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Are tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems
Take initiative and ownership of customer experiences

Responsibilities

Be the friendly voice customers trust handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online requests
Solve problems on the spot with a “one-call resolution” mindset
Guide customers through banking products, digital tools, and services
Identify opportunities to help customers meet their financial goals
Troubleshoot everything from simple requests to complex banking issues (depending on your level)
Deliver top-tier service with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
