About The Position

A Call Center Operator supports customers by interacting with them over the phone in order to ensure smooth transactions. You will answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate department or manager when necessary, and you’ll use discernment when dealing with customer complaints.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to analyze customer needs and respond quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in an office setting
  • Ability to clearly communicate with customers in a cheerful and optimistic manner.
  • Clerical and computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer, identify and redirect calls from the support services call center.
  • Provide clerical support to department supervisors.
  • Maintain phone logs and call center data base.
  • Review and forward website contacts from customers
  • Miscellaneous duties to ensure that a premier Marvin experience is attained with every customer contact.
  • Warranty registration
  • Provide backup support in other functional areas.
