About The Position

This role involves receiving and answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate person or program, and placing long-distance calls for staff and patients. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining chronological logs and records.

Requirements

  • High school education or one year of relevant experience as a substitute.
  • General knowledge of MS Office Suites.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and answers incoming phone calls following established procedures.
  • Directs calls to the designated person or program via office telephone.
  • Places long distance calls for staff and patients.
  • Maintains chronological logs and records.
