About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support our call center, data entry, and fulfillment operations. This role blends customer service with hands-on work and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting customer communication, ensuring accurate data entry, and helping move orders through fulfillment efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Comfortable with data entry and working with order/customer information
  • Dependable with strong attendance and follow-through

  • Previous call center or customer service experience
  • Experience with data entry, reporting, or order management systems

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and support needs
  • Provide clear, professional, and timely communication across phone and email
  • Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and accurately
  • Accurately enter orders, customer information, and project details into internal systems
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records to support billing and order tracking
  • Track POs, orders, and shipment details to ensure alignment across teams
  • Assist with generating basic reports related to orders, shipments, and customer activity
  • Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or data inconsistencies
  • Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment during slower call volumes
  • Support labeling, kitting, and boxing as needed
  • Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
  • Step in to support the operations team during downtime or lower call center activity
