About The Position

The Fulfillment Call Center position provides courteous, gracious, on-brand customer service over the phone regarding curbside or delivery orders. Order Specialists take calls regarding products and services while troubleshooting order issues. This part-time position is based at our Sixth Avenue location (between 18th and 19th streets). Responsibilities

Works collaboratively with the team to manage multiple calls, emails, and inquiries
Utilized multiple proprietary programs to manage customers' orders and workflow
Effectively manages time with inbound phone calls, and outbound calls to resolve customer issues
Actively researches product information and shares information on product uses with customers based on feedback and testimonials
Communicates consistently with our Fulfillment team to astonish our customers with timely resolution to customer issues
Coordinates return deliveries from customers and processes them for credit to customers
Consistently arrives promptly to work the assigned schedule
Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information
Performs other requested tasks and duties
Will be trained in Fulfillment processes such as pulling and packing orders
