About The Position

Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, NH is looking to hire a full-time, hybrid, Call Center, Dental Insurance Customer Service Representative. All Candidates must live in NH. We are a customer service focused organization, and we highly value strong customer service representatives as you have the opportunity to make a difference at the front lines of our organization. Our Dental Insurance Customer Service Representatives respond to questions from subscribers, producers, groups, and dental offices in a timely and accurate manner regarding Delta Dental products and claims.

Requirements

Two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education
Must live in NH
Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

Researches claims and coordinates information from other departments to respond to customer inquiries.
Works collaboratively with other internal department personnel to resolve customer inquiries.
Authorizes adjustments to billing in order to resolve customer service issues.
Works with dental office personnel to clarify subscriber's coverage level, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues.
Maintains positive rapport with dental office staff members to ensure a positive image of Northeast Delta Dental.
Composes and sends written correspondence via mail or email to subscribers and purchasers to answer questions, clarify benefits, or respond to inquiries.
