Performs assigned tasks within established procedures in various phases of the Customer Service Operations. This role requires the use of multi-screen monitors for daily processing of customer inquiries. The representative will respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls, outbound calls, company websites, chats, and email communication, primarily concerning customer billing and other related issues. Responsibilities include preparing source documents, updating systems to reflect changes in customer accounts, amending or adjusting consumption and revenue, and recording/processing meter readings provided by customers. The role also involves maintaining professional interactions with internal and external customers and departments, operating company systems, devices, and software applications, and performing other similar or less skilled work as assigned, as well as assisting higher-classified employees.
