Requirements

  • 1+ year of call center and customer service experience
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Weekend availability
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport‑building abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills with the ability to confirm and clarify customer needs
  • Strong time management, organizational, and decision‑making skills
  • Detail‑oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable
  • Effective problem analysis and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and call center team members

Nice To Haves

  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience
  • Proficiency with computers and software applications (MS Word, email, CRM/CMS systems)
