About The Position

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a high-volume call center team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, take pride in accuracy, and enjoy helping customers by phone. You will handle inbound calls and some follow-up calls while navigating multiple systems to provide accurate information and outstanding service.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience within the last 2–3 years
  • Demonstrated job stability with a minimum of 1 year tenure in prior roles
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) or higher
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Expected to work 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls, with some outbound follow-up calls
  • Answer questions related to prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information
  • Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Accurately document and update customer information across multiple systems
  • Utilize several programs simultaneously to track interactions and update customers
  • Meet daily performance standards, including quality and accuracy metrics
  • Manage 50–100 calls per day, depending on call complexity
