About The Position

HJ Staffing is seeking professional and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support our toll road client. The ideal candidate will assist customers with toll road account inquiries, payments, billing concerns, account maintenance, and general customer service needs. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Ability to pass required background screening.

  • Retail cashier experience
  • Cash handling or payment processing experience.
  • Experience working with government agencies, utilities, transportation, or public-facing services.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with EZ TAG accounts, toll violations, payments, and account updates.
  • Explain policies, procedures, and service options clearly and accurately.
  • Research customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions and account activities in the system.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
