About The Position

The Call Center Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support to the Assessment and Referral Department while assisting individuals seeking treatment and coordinating admission-related processes.

Requirements

  • HS / GED
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Previous call center, healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to the Assessment and Referral Department
  • Maintain documents required for admissions and patient intake
  • Process consent forms and admission documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Complete prescreens for callers seeking treatment services
  • Verify insurance benefits and eligibility information
  • Communicate with families, patients, and referral sources as needed
  • Answer incoming referral calls from potential clients, offering support and encouragement as they seek treatment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
