About The Position

ANDX is seeking motivated Call Center Agents to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, conduct telephone screenings, and provide customer service while addressing client and customer needs. This is a fixed-term, full-time seasonal position scheduled to run from November 16 through January 31. The role is fully remote and available to individuals residing in Texas. Virtual paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Must be available Monday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Must have a quiet home office space free of distractions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation proficiency.
• Reliable high-speed internet service with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must consent to a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Ethernet connection is preferred; alternatively, secure Wi-Fi with WPA2 and a strong password.
