About The Position

notifyMD is hiring Part-Time Remote Call Center Agents to be the friendly, professional voice for our clients. In this fast-paced role, you will handle a high volume of incoming calls, turning stressful situations into positive experiences with your calm and warm demeanor.

Requirements

• Typing speed of 35+ WPM
• Strong computer proficiency
• Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and excellent at written communication
• Distraction-free workspace
• Windows 10 or 11 PC or Laptop (No Macs/Apple products, Chromebooks, or tablets) that has at least 1GB of storage
• Minimum 1600 x 900 screen display resolution
• Wired USB headset with a microphone (no Bluetooth)
• High-speed internet that can pass a speed test (no satellite) and have the ability to be hard-wired via Ethernet cable (no Wi-Fi)

Nice To Haves

• Customer Service experience
• Dual monitors preferred
