About The Position

Southern National Roofing is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Call Center Agent to join our team. Our professional roofing company focuses on energy-efficient residential roofing replacement, specializing in products and installation methods that cater to the unique climate and building challenges in the southeastern United States. We are certified to install most roofing brands, including North America’s top-selling Timberline® roofing shingles by GAF. As an integral part of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing and potential clients — and directly contributing to the growth of our business. The Role This is a full-time W-2 inside sales position where your performance directly impacts what you earn and how quickly you advance. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners and prospects — fielding inbound calls, following up with our database, and generating qualified appointments for our outside sales team. You are building relationships. You are creating qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking with people by phone — friendly, professional, and confident
  • A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (to commute to and from the office)
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday)

Responsibilities

  • Field inbound calls from our field marketing team as well as clients and prospective clients to schedule appointments
  • Daily telephone outreach to our database of customers and prospects
  • Promote our eco-friendly roofing products and services to prospective and existing clients
  • Generate qualified appointments for our outside sales division
  • Participate in ongoing department meetings and training sessions
