About The Position
A family-owned and operated business is hiring Call Center Agents for its new call center in Baldwin, Maryland. This is an in-office sales and customer service position. Agents schedule and confirm appointments, handle inbound and outbound calls, provide customer service, and work toward weekly and monthly quotas. Evening and weekend availability is needed. Target metrics include 45–55 dials per hour per caller, a 30% conversion rate from raw lead to set appointment, an 80% conversion rate from set appointment to issued appointment, and an 80% demo rate on issued appointments.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
- Provide customer service.
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas.
- Work toward call center target metrics: 45–55 dials per hour per caller, 30% conversion from raw lead to set appointment, 80% conversion from set appointment to issued appointment, and an 80% demo rate on issued appointments.
