About The Position

Our call center agents are expected to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by phone, email and text. This role is remote and there are part-time and full-time shifts with varying hours. You will need a polished set of skills, including exceptional attention-to-detail, excellent oral skills and a positive attitude. As a team member you will need to not only thrive, but add to the positive company culture to provide a warm and welcoming environment for both our clients and the team.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of full-time (or 2 years part-time) experience in customer service or a call center.
  • A reliable computer (either desktop or laptop -Windows preferred, but MAC is okay if need be), corded UBS headset (no wireless headset) , mobile telephone, wired or wireless mousse and high-speed broadband (25–50 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload).
  • A dedicated, hazard-free workspace that’s distraction- and noise-free.
  • Part-time - 2 days a week, including 1 weekend day.
  • A professional and upbeat phone demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication, and comfort sitting at a desk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, personable service that leaves clients raving.
  • Juggle high volumes of calls, emails, and texts with poise and precision.
  • Assist clients in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments with ease.
  • Share your excitement about our top-tier services, products, and promotions.
  • Answer questions and provide guidance about our salon locations and offerings.
  • Handle client concerns with care, documenting incidents and alerting managers when needed.
  • Maintain communication excellence by following company guidelines.
  • Ensure your workspace is distraction-free and client-ready, just like our salons!
