About The Position
Auto Glass Now is seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team as Sales Support Specialists. They offer opportunities for both experienced customer service professionals and entry-level trainees. Requirements
- Must have a sales background for the experienced pay
- Must have a positive attitude and customer service
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have strong communication skills
- Home Internet
- Must have open availability including Holidays and weekends (OT pay for holidays)
- Comfortable working a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus!
- Prior phone or call center experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for all customer’s glass needs
- Answer phones and return customer calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure accuracy when booking all appointments
- Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
- Confirm all customer information is correct before booking
- Be professional and have a positive attitude
