About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information regarding company products, services, and promotions.
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.
Follow established procedures and quality standards during customer interactions.
Meet individual and team performance goals.
Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Support additional customer service initiatives as assigned.
