About The Position

This position answers patient calls regarding appointments and acts as a liaison between patients and ICHS by directing calls to other departments as needed. The agent uses sound judgment to handle calls and determine when to escalate them to a triage nurse or supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Fluency in English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a call center or in a clinical environment.
• Fluency in additional languages.
