Performs routine and advanced calibration testing on laboratory and plant equipment to assure they are calibrated correctly and are providing accurate measurements. This role involves managing workload to achieve production schedules, coordinating with external vendors, and maintaining organized documentation in compliance with GAMP and FDA regulations. The technician will also be responsible for reporting Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, managing inventory of calibration standards and supplies, and performing data entry. Additionally, this position supports new equipment onboarding, performs peer reviews, and updates calibration work instructions. The role requires advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks, adhering to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies and procedures.
