This position applies quality control experience to perform tasks related to the testing of products, setting of samples, and following through on various quality assurance programs. The technician will test and inspect products at various stages of the batching and production process, compiling and evaluating data to determine and maintain product quality and reliability. This role involves using gauges and other devices to verify conformity to standards, working with a high degree of accuracy and concentration to produce valid test results in a timely manner, and ensuring that products are produced and distributed to the highest food safety and quality standards. The role requires training on the second shift (2p-10p) for approximately 3 months before transitioning to the 3rd shift.
