About The Position

Under the supervision of the Cage Shift Manager, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, is responsible for the direct operation of the gaming cage and main bank cashiering functions. Cage Supervisors provide excellent customer service to employees and vendors in all situations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year of casino cage, banking and/or cashiering experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
