The Cage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple transaction recordings and SAR activity. This role requires knowledge of local jurisdiction and gaming laws (Federal and Tribal), as well as internal controls, policies, and procedures. The supervisor must demonstrate an understanding of all cage operations, identify and resolve variances, and maintain employee records. They will prioritize and resolve problems occurring during their shift, communicating important information to management and other cage staff. The position also involves resolving guest disputes, maintaining consistent attendance, promoting positive guest relations, and upholding a professional departmental, company, and community reputation. The team member will answer guest questions about the property and TGA job-specific inquiries, demonstrating attention to detail and sound judgment. Leadership is demonstrated by example and a hands-on approach when business requires. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, and exceptional customer service is expected at all times, maintaining a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor. Adherence to attendance guidelines, regulatory, departmental, and company policies, as well as attending all necessary training meetings, is required. Assistance with other projects may be directed. Duties, responsibilities, requirements, and expectations are subject to change as needed. Hours are determined by a 24-hour schedule.
