About The Position

At Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, we create authentic experiences that rock. As the Cage Shift Manager, you are the operational backbone of our financial transactions during your shift. You’ll oversee daily cage activities—including cashiering, main cage, and vault operations holding multi-million dollar funds—ensuring flawless accountability, tight regulatory control, and top-tier guest experiences. Working closely with the Cage Operations Manager and fellow shift leaders, you will foster a high-performing team, streamline processes, and maintain absolute integrity across all financial touchpoints. In the absence of the Cage Operations Manager, you will step up as the primary point of leadership for the department.
