Responsible for furnishing Leads and Cage Service Representatives in the Guest Service area of the Finance Department and Gaming Department employees with currency. The Cage/Player’s Club Supervisor will assist in the guest’s financial needs, Player’s Club membership, and promotional giveaways. This role involves managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high levels of guest service within the Cage area. The supervisor is also responsible for staff management, including training, scheduling, evaluation, and development.
