The Cage Operations Technician performs preventative maintenance and is responsible for troubleshooting on multi-functional kiosks, ATM machines, currency counters, bank issues, money carts, cabinets and other various equipment. This role involves completing electronic and mechanical repairs, responding to floor calls, and handling customer claims related to multi-function kiosks. The technician will rebuild, repair, and replace hardware and software components, perform repairs on electrical and mechanical parts, and manage software updates and internal setting adjustments on kiosks. Additionally, the role requires adherence to Gaming Commission regulations, internal controls, and company policies, including investigating and reporting on kiosk malfunctions and managing the security and accountability of enterprise funds and assets.
