About The Position

Magnolia Bluffs Casino, located on the historic site of the former Learned’s Mill, offers a premier guest experience with numerous slot machines, table games, and dining options. The casino, which opened in 2012 and is owned by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC, also features a hotel with the area's only saltwater pool. We are seeking to expand our team to continue providing excellent customer service and a superior gaming experience.

Requirements

• Previous money handling experience necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to stand for up to 6-8 hours.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safeguarding of Company assets during cashiering procedures.
• Ensuring Federal cash reporting requirements are met.
• Accurate exchange of currency and coin.
• Accurate disbursement of jackpot payouts and hopper fills.
• Working all front line window locations, including maintaining self-redemption booths, financial services and lottery terminal.
• Counting and verifying all cash turn-ins to the Main Banker.
• Complying with State regulations and Company internal controls.
• Promoting outstanding customer service.
• Performing all other duties as assigned.
