About The Position

The Cafeteria Cook assists with the day-to-day operation of the employee cafeteria at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole. The role involves helping create and prepare menu items and specials, setting up the station, and maintaining cafeteria food and beverage areas. The cook follows standard recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain quality, works collaboratively with other employees, and keeps the work area clean, organized, and professional.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar kitchen or hotel operation.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift.
Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day operation of the employee cafeteria.
Assist in creating and preparing menu items and specials.
Check and complete mise en place and pars, and set up the station.
Communicate with the Cafeteria Supervisor about menu items, problem situations, or shortages.
Maintain salad bars and non-hot meal items, as well as coffee, condiment, and drink stations.
Follow standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain production and presentation quality.
Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.
Store items properly at the end of the shift.
Ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
Conduct oneself professionally to reflect Four Seasons Hotels’ standards.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
