About The Position

Prepare and serve meals for breakfast and lunch as well as cater meals for meetings held at the facility.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in food service preferred
• Serve Safe certification is preferred
• General Office Equipment
• Ovens, fryers, toasters, microwaves, mixers, dishwashers, and other foodservice equipment

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food with a high regard to sanitation, food safety, quality, and friendly service.
• Clean and sanitize food prep, food service, and break areas
• Keep storage areas organized and assure products are coded and properly rotated, dispose any items that do not meet the quality guidelines.
• Deliver meals to meeting rooms, kitchens, and/or building, as scheduled.
• Collect payment for food items purchased.
• Restock vending machines, grab and go cases, drink coolers, bakery cases, and break areas with food service products and items as they deplete.
• Remove trash from food prep and break areas, as necessary.
• Set/clean up, deliver and restock food on service lines and buffets
• Pick up and deliver inventory and supplies to appropriate kitchens, as directed.
