About The Position

This position involves completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing a daily cleaning checklist. The role also includes setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, and inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use. Maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day with a clean-as-you-go approach is essential. The attendant must follow all company and safety/security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training. A professional appearance and adherence to confidentiality and asset protection are required. The role involves welcoming guests, using clear and professional language, answering telephones with proper etiquette, developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and listening to employee concerns. Ensuring quality expectations and standards are met, and reading/visually verifying information are also key aspects. The job requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination are needed for manipulating objects. The attendant must be able to navigate various surfaces and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
