About The Position
As a Cafeteria Attendant, you’re the heart and soul of guest satisfaction! Bring your energy and a big smile to every shift as you whip up delicious bites, warm up tasty treats, and serve up both food and positivity with flair. You’ll dance between running the dishwasher, keeping the kitchen sparkling clean, and making sure trash disappears like magic. Plus, you’ll be the inventory guru—restocking goodies so no one ever runs out. In this role, every day is a fresh chance to make someone’s day brighter and every plate a masterpiece!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
- Clear communicator and active listener with coworkers and guests.
- Quick, accurate decision-maker in high-pressure situations.
- Understands financial data and basic arithmetic.
- Stays composed and objective under stress.
- Greet every guest and teammate with a big, genuine smile.
- Consistently meet Aimbridge Hospitality’s attendance standards.
- Uphold high grooming standards.
- Follow all Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations.
- Deliver warm, professional service.
- Set up an inviting buffet.
- Clear tables.
- Accommodate special requests.
- Know the ins and outs of our P.O.S. system.
- Seat guests.
- Answer the phone.
