About The Position

Lead the Fun at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester! This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule required, starting at $22/hour. We are looking for an energetic, hands-on leader to help run our café operations and keep the FUN going for thousands of families each week. You’ll lead a small café team inside the attraction while helping create a fun, clean, and welcoming environment for guests. This is a hands-on leadership role — not a “sit in the office” position.

Requirements

• Leadership or shift lead experience
• Strong communication skills
• Hospitality, retail, attractions, restaurant, or entertainment experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Weekend and holiday availability

Nice To Haves

• Café or food service experience
• Food safety certification
• Experience leading in high-volume guest environments
