About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety within the LEGOLAND Discovery Center. The Custodian will ensure floors are clean, restrooms are stocked, and spills are handled promptly. They will operate custodial tools and equipment, assist with opening and closing routines, and support the technical team when needed. Additionally, the Custodian will identify and report maintenance issues. Requirements

• 6–12 months of cleaning experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivation skills
• Self-motivated
• Flexible schedule ready! Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will start early before the attraction is open to guests.
