About The Position
French Truck Coffee is seeking a Cafe Shop Lead to help create a welcoming, positive, and organized cafe environment. The role supports cafe operations and works closely with the Cafe Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly. The Cafe Shop Lead also works as a barista, serves guests, prepares coffee, and provides friendly service. The position assists the Cafe Manager with administrative tasks, completes daily recaps in the store log, and communicates operational updates, team dynamics, and employee relations concerns to management for follow-up.
Requirements
- Hospitality leadership experience is required.

- Barista experience is preferred.
