CAFE SERVICES ASSISTANT
About The Position
This position will be responsible for setting up the deli station, making Boar's Head sandwiches for Simply To Go, and preparing sandwiches to order for service. This position is responsible for stocking and cleaning the cafe on weekends, preparing and serving breakfast, and setting up the grill for lunch, on weekends. Candidates must maintain their "on stage" presence, the "stage's" cleanliness and upkeep. This position breaks at 10:00pm for 30 minutes. Candidates must possess a pleasant and positive, can-do/will-do demeanor, and strive to fulfill requests from everyone, including internal guests. Some food preparation knowledge is required. Candidates will attend meetings as required to enhance knowledge, job skills, and communications within the department. Candidates will need to follow acceptable practices related to: safety, sanitation, infection control, quality control, and customer relations. Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or needed.
