About The Position

The purpose of this position is to facilitate fellowship for the body of Christ through quality food and beverage production.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively operate a cash register and learn opening and closing procedures.
• Experience in the food service industry.
• Must be able to communicate effectively as it pertains to job responsibilities.
• Adhere to the health standards of the State of Florida.
• Complete training class in operations of espresso machine and how to make specialty drinks.
• Stock Café supplies and the Grab and Go.
• Clean-up and set-up according to the lists provided.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining area.
• Be familiar with required restaurant industry standards for food prep and sanitation.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in team situations is critical, as well as the ability to work independently.
• Social perceptiveness—being aware of diverse personalities and having Godly discernment to react and respond to situations as needed.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
