Nossa Familia Coffee is looking for people to join our team! Located in Portland, Oregon, we operate in an area rich with coffee roasters. Requirements

• Reliable: show up on time, don't miss shifts, diligent and on task during shift, complete tasks assigned and efficient with time.
• Open availability: needs 7 days per week.
• Food Handler's Card (or to be obtained within 3 days of hire)
• Passion for and/or interest in specialty coffee, ideal applicants are curious and excited about learning more about specialty coffee.

Nice To Haves

• Barista experience in a specialty coffee shop.
• Ability to pour latte art.

Responsibilities

• Produce the best coffee drinks in town.
• Wow the customer with perfectly extracted espresso, perfectly textured milk, and beautiful latte art.
• Be authentic and personable when interacting with our customers.
• Be knowledgeable (or teachable) about specialty coffee and excited to educate our customers on flavor and origin.
• Diligent in accurately processing transactions, handling cash, and multi-tasking.
