About The Position
Ticceo, "Where Life is Beautiful", located within Iowa Home Care, is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Café & Boutique Attendant to join our team. This full-time position supports the daily operations of our welcoming coffee shop and boutique, serving Iowa Home Care staff, visitors, and guests. Our café offers specialty coffee beverages, breakfast and lunch options, snacks, and a curated selection of apparel and gift items. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences and contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of food service, café, restaurant, or retail management experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Creative, self-motivated, and dependable
- Honest, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Coffee shop experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages, breakfast items, and light lunch offerings
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, staff, and visitors
- Assist with apparel sales, merchandising, and boutique displays
- Plan and prepare food and beverage offerings
- Coordinate catering for meetings and special events
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are consistently met
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas to enhance the café experience
- Support the overall day-to-day operations of the shop
