About The Position

The Cafe Assistant Manager assists the General Manager in maximizing the café/restaurant’s operations and profitability. The role provides Service Excellence through management and development of the café/restaurant team, ensures successful execution of all Company standards, and supports the General Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets while meeting and exceeding Company expectations. The position is offered at $24.00–$26.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in maximizing café/restaurant operations and profitability.
• Manage and develop the café/restaurant team to provide Service Excellence.
