About The Position

The Café Co-Worker creates welcoming moments and provides exceptional service while maintaining a café environment guests enjoy returning to. The role combines hospitality, food and beverage preparation, customer service, and café upkeep. The employee develops knowledge of the company’s products, guest experience, and quality standards through hands-on training. The listed status is full-time/part-time and non-exempt. Wage includes an average tip of $6.50 per hour; tips are not guaranteed and may vary based on location, position, hours, and quality of service.

Requirements

• Customer service experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• A love for hospitality rooted in human connection.

Nice To Haves

• 6–12 months of espresso preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, memorable café experience for every guest.
