About The Position

That’s why six of our locations feature full-service cafés, staffed by top-tier baristas who create a welcoming, elevated experience — whether guests are relaxing in our state-of-the-art service lounges or grabbing a quick bite during the sales process. We’re looking for a highly independent, energetic, and experienced barista ready to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful impact in a customer-focused environment. This position is part-time only, Monday and Saturday availability required. Shifts are 6:30a - 2:30p Monday through Friday, and 7:30a - 2:30p on Saturdays.

Requirements

Must be comfortable managing café independently and without direct supervision.
1 year of barista or café experience required.
Must be able to commute to all cafes in Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and Parker.

Nice To Haves

Management/ supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Continuously identify and implement ways to elevate the guest experience during café operations.
Manage cash handling and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
Follow proper food safety procedures and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Receive and inspect product deliveries, verifying quality and inventory accuracy.
Maintain high standards for food, beverage, and overall service quality.
