About The Position

The Café Ambassador is the face of Capital One’s mission to change banking for good, working in a modern community hub rather than behind a teller line or glass window. This high-end service specialist connects guests with Capital One’s digital banking tools and products through genuine conversation. The role is focused on guest experience and community impact, without traditional sales goals or quotas. The Café Ambassador is not responsible for serving coffee. The position involves engaging with guests in a high-energy café environment, helping customers navigate digital banking and resolve technology challenges, supporting local financial-health events within established programs and community partnerships, and advocating for customers while resolving issues in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements. The Ambassador helps foster an inclusive environment and stays active throughout the café. Support at other cafés within 50 miles may be needed, with occasional support at other regional locations. The schedule is flexible and may include nights, weekends, and holidays; training may take place outside the primary shift. The role requires standing and moving for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
