About The Position

This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service to our mid to high end guests by providing information pertaining to their comp limits special services and amenities available, as well as any special targeted player events.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a NV Gaming license.
  • Requires previous customer service experience with a proven ability to deliver courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Strong understanding of the Caesars Rewards program, including the ability to analyze customer tracking data
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and maintains a positive attitude toward the job and company.
  • Enjoys engaging with guests and actively seeks service opportunities.
  • Capable of making sound comping decisions.
  • Proficient in computer use
  • Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Works well with others and contributes to a team-oriented environment.
  • Maintains a professional, well-groomed appearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience (minimum one year preferred); capable of leading small teams of Caesars Rewards employees.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees Caesars Rewards operations: Coordinates staff activities, ensures floor and center coverage, and maintains a clean, well-stocked work area.
  • Leads and supports the team: Instructs, directs, coaches, and assists with hiring and training of personnel.
  • Handles guest interactions: Resolves customer complaints, promotes Caesars Rewards, and issues rewards cards.
  • Maintains data and security standards: Ensures database integrity, protects customer rewards and credit lines, and handles sensitive materials confidentially.
  • Manages reporting and communication: Completes required reports and maintains interdepartmental program communication.
  • Supports additional duties: Assists with special projects and other Caesars Rewards tasks as requested by management.
  • Engages guests in a friendly, enthusiastic manner and adheres to attendance and company policies.
